helpful staff shuttle service nice sauna
The staff was helpful and the shuttle service to the ski telecabin was convenient. Breakfast offered variety. The spa featured a nice sauna. My room included a bathtub, which I appreciated after skiing.
The hotel lacked tea and coffee in the rooms.

poor soundproofing remote control problem
the staff were helpful with directions.
the room was not very soundproof. i could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, and this was disturbing. the television remote control also had a problem, requiring new batteries to be changed every day.

fantastic stay, highly recommend
family feel helpful staff indoor pool
I enjoyed the family feel, it was very cute. the staff was helpful and professional. the room had a large balcony and plenty of space. the breakfast was great. We also had an evening meal at the hotel and ended the night at the bar. i had a massage. Rebecca was fantastic. the indoor pool was lovely.

the staff offered warm hospitality. they were always on hand with information and advice. adrien at reception was helpful with bike hire recommendations. he helped us get a reasonably priced taxi.

superb stay
frequent shuttle excellent breakfast convenient storage
The hotel provided frequent shuttles to the lifts, this was a major advantage. the breakfast was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the fresh local cheeses. i also found the ski storage area very convenient. returning from skiing to the sauna and a drink by the fireplace, while looking over the valley, was wonderful.
The spa was slightly below expectations. The jacuzzi was nearly cold .

the hotel is a short stroll down the hill to town. the walk involves crossing a bridge to reach the hub of activity. this location provided both tranquility and easy access to amenities though, the parking was expensive!

the hotel offers a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool with comfortable loungers. there is also a relaxing indoor pool and jacuzzi available. the cozy alpine bar features a pool table and a piano, i found these facilities very enjoyable.

the staff was cute and super friendly. they went out of their way to be helpful. their warm hospitality was genuine, they provided advice with a friendly chat.
